The overall health and wellness of our community is a top priority. Practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes is essential to any wellness journey.
We believe that by serving our clients using optimal wellness solutions and educating them on the importance of a happy, healthy lifestyle, we ultimately empower them to look and feel their absolute best!
MEET TAMARA
As a first time member of My Girlfriend's Place, it can be challenging to be vulnerable and share your deepest most inner thoughts with a group of strangers. The goal here is to know that this platform is designed to be a safe space for men and women to unload their burdens, clear their mind, and, if needed, receive wise, godly feedback from their peers. Tamara was able to "dig deep" inside herself and truly unveil those thoughts and ideas that she keeps within. She was able to find "balance"... a life skill we teach at My Girlfriend's Place so that we can all live a life of "Personal Harmony!"
